Tracey Chapman interviewd by Rosie O'Donnell

I like Tracey´s attitude. Rosy o´Donnell with her sarcastic intrusive attitude doesn't seem to bother Tracy too. Good interview non the less.

Iggy Pop was the lead singer of The Stooges, a late 1960s/early 1970s rock band who were influential in the development of the nascent hard rock and punk rock genres. In this interview he seems to express the method behind the madness.

Richard Ashcroft - Words just get in the way
Reminds me of mark chopper read but a well spoken charismatic version 😂
I miss Tom Snyder
It is easily heard. I mean, I know Tom was joking on how "loud" Iggy's music is, but i've noticed lately how I really love the mid-rangeyness, if you will, of the Stooges and Iggy's solo stuff. It's not ear piercingly horrid like so much heavy metal, for instance, can be. It's got this really great vibe to it..I can't explain it. There's a pleasantness to it, really. Probably because Iggy & Co. are pleasant dudes.
The guy's a legend , he overcome a minor Disability , got hooked on drugs ...and who didnt ,in those days? , he got through it , he's clean , he's very intelligent , he's still well alive. He has a great Radio show and that show proves he has great real from early pop music he remembers clearly
love to see you!😘😘😘😘😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰😅
Iggy is the most cool and lovely rock person.
Haha love iggy 😀👍
But he reclaims a cigarette like an old classist and coleric millionaire ..6:10
I've almost never used this word but overrated as to Iggy's entire career, comes to mind
Like Bukowski said, you must be a little bit crazy,to make it.And Iggy is more hounest then the most of us,by lying
So fake all these super stars trying to be a “free spirit” and do any thing outrageous to make it look like they are so care free and cool. Just acting the whole time. Disgusting behaviour, same for the likes of Madonna, Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus, Liam Gallagher, trying to always act like a rebel.
MJ looked disgusted by Huey Lewis for obvious reasons
now most of them all support abortion and the murdering of children. go figure.
Legend ✌️ ♥ 🎸 🥁
"Wild one" is just regular blues. Now, don't diminish the man for that. Play along. Anyone can. It's like three string cigarbox.
Looks kind of like Don Draper
Dude. Shut up and let the artist speak. That's the point of an interview. "It's only intrusive to squares." That's the epitome of his image. You either like his music and his presence. Or you don't.
Decrepit how?
does ANYONE have ANY backstory on the tooth?? 😂😂
Iggy was on top of the world again when I met him in South Florida in the early 2000s. And he has stayed on top. And WILL stay on top forever. THE GODFATHER.
4:15 that explains everything. Dionysiac and Apollonian.
Acababa de actuar y vino y se sentó. No sé porqué dices decrépito.
Lou reed is our jim carey... 🇺🇲👍
I’m mean he is high as fuck but handle himself vey well, and he is very smart when he speaks 💁🏻♂️
Why the word “decrepit” is used can only be attributed to “clickbait”. Iggy is one of the most intelligent people on the planet. His use of wide range of vocabulary can be attributed to his father’s vocation of an English teacher. Well done Iggy!
Scutter
Who but Iggy would define dionysic vs apollonian art in this kind of interview? It is great how he manages to be at once so raw and so educated and articulate.
Why is this called a decrepit interview? This is a wonderful interview. Iggy is a personable guy. Warm guy.
Ha rotto davvero un dente ?
Почему нет перевода на русском?
Iggy being Iggy. Sure he's high but still very articulate and real.
I don't think the person who labeled this video knows the definition of the word "decrepit." Iggy Pop, was, and still is, like an explosion on stage. He did what creative kids with ADHD would do before there was Adderall.
Tudo na vida é o amor você é linda muito importante i love you te amo
Iggy is a true performance artist.
Tom Snyder calling Sun Ra "conventional" is surreal.
Ele está quase tendo um ataque do coração... muita cocaína... é lamentável
Cocaine is a helluva drug.
I would have loved hearing him sibg with that missing tooth. While i was getting all my teeth crowned from all the heroin and coke use i had my front side one pulled and a fake on put in and while that tooth was gone boy did i have a lisp
Saw a similar interview in Exorcist III with the ‘Gemini killer’
I thought an interviewer wasnt supposed to interrupt constantly
I think you meant to say “dynamic” not decrepit. Decrepit is my 80 year old mom getting up from a chair after sitting for a long time. 🤔 Calling Iggy decrepit here is really 🤦🏼♀️
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
He was basically saying your kids will love it …. 🤣
I remember learning about dionysian and apollonian music in class, and the teacher (a very cool guitar player) showed this exact video to help explain it.
Ohhh! No ! Iggy!!!!!!!!!!.
Such a bright guy!
Iggy - the friendly punk. And the link between 60’s punk and 70’s punk.
paul simon was kinda hot, jeez 😂 there’s so much talent in this room, id love to have been a fly on the wall.
Nothing against Tom Snyder but calling Sun Ra “conventional” is so absurd
